Shipping Policy

Every puzzle is printed to order. Below is how shipping works end-to-end, so you know exactly what to expect when you place an order.
1. Production time
Each order enters production within one working day of receiving payment, and typically takes around 3 working days to print, cut, assemble, and pack. Production is handled by a dedicated manufacturing partner, which allows us to maintain consistent print quality at scale.
2. Shipping times
Once your order ships, estimated transit times are:
- Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, France, UK, Austria, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Sweden, Poland, Czech Republic, and most other EU countries: 6–12 working days.
- Ireland, Norway, Finland, Denmark, Greece: 6–12 working days; occasional delays possible during peak periods.
- Switzerland, Cyprus, Croatia, Slovenia: 7–14 working days.
- United States: 6–12 working days.
Total time from order to doorstep is therefore typically 9–15 working days, or roughly two weeks. Delivery windows shown on product pages and in the cart are calculated from these figures.
Important: transit times are carrier estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, customs holds, public holidays, and severe weather can extend delivery. If your order is time-sensitive (birthday, anniversary, holiday) please order well ahead.
3. Shipping cost
Shipping cost and any free-shipping thresholds are shown at checkout and depend on your destination. Free shipping is offered for select countries on qualifying orders.
4. Tracking
Every order ships with a tracking number. You will receive a tracking link by email once your package is handed to the carrier. If tracking shows no movement for more than 5 working days, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier.
5. Customs and import
Orders within the European Union are shipped duty- and VAT-inclusive — you will not be asked to pay anything on delivery. Orders to the UK, Switzerland, Norway, or other non-EU destinations may be subject to local import duties or VAT handling fees charged by the carrier. These are imposed by the destination country and are the recipient's responsibility. Refusal to pay import charges does not entitle the recipient to a refund.
6. Address accuracy
Please double-check the shipping address you enter at checkout. We print and ship to the address exactly as submitted. Orders returned to sender due to an incorrect or incomplete address can be re-shipped, but additional shipping charges will apply.
7. Lost or damaged parcels
If your order arrives damaged or has not arrived after 30 working days, please see our Return Policy for how we handle remakes and refunds.
8. Delivery to parcel lockers and pickup points
Where the carrier offers it, you can select a parcel locker, post-office pickup, or neighbour delivery at checkout. Pickup windows for undelivered parcels are set by the carrier (typically 7–14 days).
