Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of this website and your purchase of any products offered on it. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. The products we sell

We sell custom-made photo puzzles. Every order is produced to order from the photo and preferences you submit at checkout. No two orders are identical, and each piece is unique to the customer who ordered it.

2. Orders and acceptance

When you complete checkout, you submit an offer to purchase. Your order is confirmed when we send you an order-confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders that:

• Contain incomplete, inaccurate, or fraudulent information;
• Include imagery that is illegal, offensive, obscene, or that infringes a third party's rights;
• Are priced incorrectly due to a technical error;
• We cannot fulfil for operational or logistical reasons.

If we cancel a confirmed order, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.

3. Pricing, taxes and payment

Prices shown include applicable VAT for the destination country. Prices in non-EUR markets are converted using a fixed rate that is refreshed periodically; the final amount charged is always the price shown at checkout. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. Payment is processed by our payment provider; we do not store your full card details.

4. Customer-supplied content

You are solely responsible for the photograph and any other content you upload. By uploading content you confirm that:

• You own the rights to the content, or you have the permission of the rights-holder;
• Any people depicted have given their consent to appear on a printed product;
• The content does not infringe copyright, trademark, privacy, or publicity rights;
• The content is not unlawful, defamatory, hateful, sexually explicit, or otherwise objectionable.

You grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to reproduce your content solely for the purpose of producing and delivering your order. We do not use your content for marketing without your explicit consent.

5. Production and delivery

Each order is printed and assembled to order. Production typically takes around three working days. Shipping is handled by our logistics partners and typically takes an additional 6–12 working days depending on destination. Estimated delivery windows shown on product pages and in the cart are indicative, not guaranteed; carrier delays, customs processing, and similar events outside our control may extend the delivery time. We are not liable for missed event dates caused by such delays.

6. Risk and title

Risk of loss or damage to the product passes to you when the product is delivered to the address you provided at checkout. Title to the product passes to you upon full payment.

7. Returns and right of withdrawal

Because every item is custom-made to your specification, items are exempt from the statutory right of withdrawal under applicable consumer law, and cannot be returned for a refund. See our Return Policy for details, including what we will remake or refund in the event of damage or a production fault.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this site (including design, text, images, logos, and code) is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not reproduce, republish, or exploit any part of the site without our prior written permission.

9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The site is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude all implied warranties and are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including lost profits or lost opportunity. Our total liability to you in connection with any order will not exceed the total amount you paid for that order.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim or loss arising from (i) your breach of these Terms, (ii) content you upload, or (iii) your misuse of our products or site.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version that applies to your order is the one published on the date you placed the order. Material changes will be highlighted on this page.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without giving effect to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be submitted to the competent courts of England and Wales.

If you are a consumer resident in the European Union or another jurisdiction that grants mandatory consumer-protection rights, those rights continue to apply and cannot be excluded by this clause. You retain the right to bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence where local law provides that right.
